1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Mansa App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
Available only to users in Cameroon aged 15+.
KYC verification is mandatory for virtual card activation.
3. Account Registration
Provide accurate and complete information.
Protect your PIN and notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Services
Virtual Shopping Card: A prepaid Mastercard funded via your wallet.
Pickup Points: Home/office delivery is unavailable; collect packages at designated locations.
Order Sync: Requires Gmail account connection.
5. Payments
Top up your wallet via MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money.
Fees for transactions or shipping will be displayed before confirmation.
6. Prohibited Activities
Do not:
Use the App for illegal purposes.
Share false KYC documents.
Reverse-engineer or exploit vulnerabilities.
7. Intellectual Property
Mansa owns all App content, logos, and trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Disclaimers
We are not responsible for third-party store products or delivery delays.
Virtual card usage is subject to Mastercard’s terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from App use.
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts violating these Terms. Users may delete accounts via Settings (if no pending transactions exist).
11. Governing Law
Disputes governed by Delaware law (USA).
12. Changes to Terms
Updates will be posted in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
